<super-fan obsessing> I was so thrilled when I learned that Eve 6 had reunited, and, even better, was coming to play a show in Raleigh! Hellow, awesomeness. Of course I had to go. Unfortunately, the lead guitarist, Jon, has not rejoined the group but his replacement was pretty good. Apparently (according to my prowling of the message boards) they have not yet announced Jon’s replacement officially. So, we shall see. There’s also a lot of speculation about a new album being recorded, perhaps after the tour season ends in October. I hope so! I spent the last few days fueling my addiction with the past CDs, but I would appreciate some new material.

Here’s my dorky scrapbook tribute to Eve 6. (Because, scrapping is SO punk rock! hellow!) I lifted these pictures from somewhere on the internet a long time ago, and put some of the past concert tickets and a sticker that they passed out at one of the concerts a few years ago. It was also an opportunity to use some “Rock star” paper from DCWV (with the skulls) that I bought but couldn’t think of any other reason to use. I didn’t see any new goods at this show, but maybe in the future! Woohoo!
