After an intense Body Pump session last night, I’ve finally targeted the muscle groups that I obviously am weak in, judged by soreness today – in order of pain from most to least:

  • Chest (oh my armpits! Does that mean the “underarm blob” might go away if I keep going to this class? I think not.)
  • Biceps (I used extreme 12 pounds of weight, bam!)
  • Abs (At least I made it through the song, the other guy in class had to give up about 1/3 through)
  • Butt and thighs( Generally sore, though, based on the number of squats and lunges we did, could be worse)OK.. that narrows it down, doesn’t it? My unsore muscles include : face, feet, forearms, triceps, back (that’s a shocker!), and calves. That means I must be practically a bodybuilder for these muscle groups (or.. consider this.. we didn’t work those yesterday.. I think that’s a better possibility).
