I’ve posted our photos from our July 4th adventure!

We ate way too much barbeque, and are currently taking a little break from the piggy. But we tried many delectable treats. My personal ranking of the places we visited:
1. Jack’s in Nashville – Kind of ironic that the best place (in my opinion) was in Nashville… not in Memphis, which is supposed to be famous for their que.
2. Corky’s in Memphis – cool (though chain-restaurant esque) decor, good and juicy!
3. Neely’s in Memphis – the Real thing. The beans were uber tasty!
4. Pigs on Beale in Memphis – unsuitable. Dry pork and poor service!

Some other enjoyable parts of our trip: A tour of Mammoth cave in Kentucky, riding the slides at Dollywood’s splash country, a ride on the Memphis Queen Riverboats, and a random discovery of the Birthplace of KFC.
