I’m hoping to redeem myself after some rocklike corn muffins that I produced on Thanksgiving. (Apologies to those that had to eat them).
I think it’s the little paper muffin cups that can make or break your muffin. At least when you’re doing Jiffy muffins.

I wouldn’t count on it! Maybe some peanut butter or chocolate chip ones though.

Sounds good to me…but I know how much fun you had when you, shiraz and the gang made them for xmas one year! I thought maybe you would enjoy the task by yourself!! hehe
