Let me tell you, after an intense evening of candle light yoga (including an encounter with my favorite, the plow pose) I am getting sore. Those back musles that never moved before are all like, what’s going on here?!

We also tried the Crane (SOOO not happening). I also tried to find the “happy baby” but only found books about yoga for infants. And I am soo not kidding about that. Yikes.

    Okay, I know I am out of the loop, but what the heck is an office monkey?? hehe….Is it like something that is irritating? I am clueless…ya gotta keep me up on these phrases….like the time I didn’t know what kicks were. LOL
