So, it’s turkey day. I was in charge of desserts today. I took the liberty of making several boxed pastry delights. quality!
I was welcomed after a smooth flight to Wyoming, NY by a random big fat pink pig wandering down the road. (Oak would have been like, “Breakfast!”) The thing was that this was not surprising, and is in fact a regular occurrence in this small upstate town. My mom and I had lunch at the local bed and breakfast and browsed the shops, all decked out for the holidays already!
More to come about the holiday activities, but I must go doll-up for the din-din. I spent all morning watching holiday television such as the Macy’s Thanksgiving day parade and the dog show (puppies!).
I’m also in charge of the corn muffins. 
Time to go take my responsibility seriously!
