Does anyone else find it highly annoying that by the time work (or class, whatever the case may be) is over, it’s DARK outside?

I’m having an unusually hard time adapting to this now, I don’t know if it’s because I’m inside all day in a brightly lit cube or if it’s because it’s also still in the high 60s every day (summer in NY! hello!). Very weird.

It feels like it’s about 9pm right now!

just found it interesting that you work at ibm! i too worked at ibm this summer.. and i’m sure there are a million others employed by the “big blue” but rarely do you run into an ibm-er who owns a blog. very cool. :)

My roommates and I went over to TEP on Wednesday for dinner and their pledges made lasagna with Velveeta and American cheese. Like, whoa. I just thought everyone should know. On the flip side, I am eating yogurt.

  • Carrie Says:

Wow, Anne, Oak and I both agree that is uber sketchy! Yogurt is good though!

  • Allan Says:

Yeah, I was not impressed with the lasagne. It was better than some other meals that have been cooked recently but still…They did make chocolate pudding pie which was really uber yummy.

  • Oak Says:

Velveeta should be out lawed! Yuck

  • Allan Says:

Yeah, I talked to them about that, they agreed to not involve velveta in any more meals that they cook.

  • Anne Says:

Oh well that is much better. The pie was very impressive, I do agree, especially with the two layers of pudding. Allan, how were the cookies? (I made the peanut butter ones myself)
