Nothing terribly interesting here. My aunt visited this weekend, and Oak and I showed her a few of the triangle-area sites. We went to Franklin St. in Chapel Hill, and the NC Botanical Gardens (we especially enjoyed the many sculptures). Had some real southern fare at K&W and Red Hot and Blue. Yummy!
I am getting kind of sick of the frisbee. I played good defense and actually caught the disc and passed it successfully (big achievement on my part). However, we lost despite my wonderous effort. *sob*. I have learned a lot about ultimate though and I’m looking forward to playing for fun but actually knowing what I’m doing. The whole scoring – we gotta win-thing makes the game a lot less fun for me. Too nerve-racking!
No exciting action at work. Of course all of it is *IBM Confidential anyway. My African violet at work has lost all its flowers, so I got some plant food so hopefully it will grow flowers again soon. Apparently this is typical violet behavior. We shall see.
I have lots of pictures to post, but no energy to do so. Someday though! Oak and I got invited to our neighbors’ wedding in Virginia beach so a road trip is in order! Yahoo!

Allan, we are the only people who post of Carrie’s website. I am appalled that no one else is! I personally visit Carrie’s website any chance I get for updates on her punk lifestyle and decorating tips. Carrie you should have seen our lip sync dance yesterday! It was hot. And we made outfits. Oh yes. Allan, if only we could be punk.
