Wow! Funky Sofa.com has some EXTREMELY hot stuff. Of course, only if you have that much to spend on furniture.

I haven’t even gone through my ikea furniture stage yet, it’ll be a few years for me to be able to have Funky Sofas, I imagine.

Time for pilates! yahoo.

Well, I’ve just discovered the RPI Commencement website. So there is finally a source for information on graduation. I can’t believe they are having it in the football field again – last year it snowed, and was basically a total disaster. (Yes it snowed in May – that’s NY weather for you)

My mom also got a huge packet of stuff asking parents to buy crap for graduation (photos, picnics, and on and on). You’d think after we shelled out over $100k each for our educations they’d have a free lunch!

Last night I made Lemon Chicken parmesean based on this recipe at Kraftfoods.com. Here are my modified instructions:

1. Cut up chicken breasts into thin strips, fry in olive oil.
2. In a separate pan, stir fry frozen “Italian vegetable” mix in olive oil with some garlic.
3. When the chicken strips are browned, season with lemon pepper and oregano.
4. Combine the chicken and vegetables into one of the pans; mix together.
5. Mix in your noodles (I used a small, curly noodle instead of linguine)
6. Add the juice of one whole lemon and add canned parmesean cheese to taste (about 1/3 cup).
7. Stir and enjoy!

Gee I’m tired. Is it the weather? Today in Java, Laura and Sam kept a count of who was sleeping during lecture. I was unfortunately on the list for dozing off every once in awhile.

Shira came to visit this weekend, which was lots of fun. We did some par-taying and went to GW Boutique, but with no luck. I did get a hot notepad of a big C for like 15 cents. Hot stuff. We also had hamburgers and ice cream last night! Yum yum yum :) I love french fries. I think they are my favorite bad-for-you food… especially the seasoned ones at Denny’s (of course we ended up there too.. what weekend at RPI would be complete without some Denny’s?).

Tonight I made some tasty lemon chicken pasta stuff. It was tasty. I’ll have to post the recipe soon.

Is anyone else watching Joe Millionaire? I just can’t stand Sarah. Her eyebrows are too thick and brown for her blonde hair, and she does a weird twitchy thing, and just drives me nuts in general. None of this would bother me quite so much if she weren’t such a gold digger! haha. I like Zora a lot better, but I’m not exactly sure if there is even a way to win or lose this game – I almost want Sarah to win so we can see the dollar signs in her eyes disappear. It should be rather hilarious!
