I forgot to mention that I recently received my ebay scores of the month in the mail! My new clarinet, a BUFFET (how prestigious, modeled after the professional R-13 model — wooey) plays quite nicely. It isn’t falling apart, which I find a nice feature. Nice to know that a random part won’t just fall off at any time.
I also got a pair of sandals for hiking in the carribean wilderness. (Actually for “cave tubing” but apparently that involves some hiking as well) None of my sandals seemed appropriate for this. I wanted to get some Teva sandals, but those were way too expensive considering the fact that I would probably never wear them except for this one time… so I won some green and black Timberland sandals on ebay for $3. Yeah baby.
My next purchase: the Ebay patch. I need to wean myself off for awhile until I have money to spend again!
And oh yes, I need to come up with a name for my new clarinet. My old clarinet was named Juan because pieces were always falling off of him.. I don’t know, something exotic and exciting is definitely needed for the new baby! Leave suggestions!
