It actually SNOWED here this morning. I had to zip the sleeves back onto my winter jacket (it magically turns into a vest! wohoo!).
I am not ready for cold weather. It should be eternally summer, then suddenly a winter wonderland for Christmas, and then suddenly summer again. That would rock.

What would be really excellent, especially for spring and fall, is if you could just wear sleeves. Do you really need the chest part? I should be able to walk into a store and buy just sleeves.
The other thing we need is for someone to put out a memo to all the CompSci geeks at RPI that it’s SNOWING and it’s COLD, so they can stop walking around in a t-shirt and shorts, because nobody is impressed. It’s as if they think we’re whispering about them as they walk by: “Wow, it’s 25 degrees and he’s wearing a t-shirt and no jacket! He must be, like, way smarter than us.” You know it’s the CS geeks, too – you can just tell.

Dan, I’m not sure what you mean by “just sleeves” —- would you just want to see lots of topless computer geeks walking around? Personally I think that might be a bit scary. Just a thought.
I also looked at your website…. are you taking the LL&C version of Web and Database Programming??? If so you would probably want to register for the “advanced” version of the class… the 2000 level one, I am most certain, would be an insult to your intelligence. Unless, of course, you are going for the easy credits, then by all means!!!

I swear I really was going to take the advanced version and try to challenge myself, but that was when it was scheduled for Mon/Thurs 6-8. Now the advanced version is from 12-2, and the 2000-level one is 6-8. I have another class Mon/Thurs 4-6, and I’m afraid that having my two classes packed into one block such that I only have to hit campus two days a week AND I can still sleep in is too good to pass up. Hehe.
And I wasn’t saying there would just be sleeves – it would be sleeves plus whatever you were already wearing. Topless CS geeks would definitely be offensive
