I spent the weekend as a real life mountain woman. OK, perhaps not quite but we did “rough it” at Oak’s cabin this weekend. We also went sledding down very many scary hills, where 99% of the time I was inclined to use my feet as brakes (well sometimes it was with purpose, to avoid running into a tree or something). More painful, however, was climbing back up to go down again. I was totally exhausted and spent a very needed 12 hours of sleep last night. Speaking of exhaustion, I start my rigorous fitness schedule tomorrow. Step aerobics on Tuesdays, Yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays, and finishing up with Hard Bodies on Fridays. Oh yes, I’m sure by the end of all this I will have a “hard body.” Ahem. Right.
