Broadway’s Dark Tonight…

OK, I was singing that chorus to myself the WHOLE time I was at work today! ARG! insert music notes… (see the young man sittin’ at the old man’s bar, waitin’ for his turn to diiiiiieee) speaking of music, I actually played my clarinet a few days ago. Weirdness. My mouth hurt badly after about half an hour. I really should join concert band this semester. If you know me, nag me until I do so. No more of this life without music junk. (To my future suitemates: I’m past the squeaking stage, mostly.. who knows now that I’m not “a seasoned clarinetist” any more though!! )

I also got hit in the head with falling prices at Walmart today! (I should get a hardhat!) I got a 5×8′ rug for $16.88! Deal of the day! I really needed one, too, to replace the purple one that doesn’t match my soon-to-arrive comforter. Yay.

At work, it is still the Kingdom Bound festival, and one of my coworkers went out in the park with a piece of cardboard with three 6′s written on it, duck taped to the back of his shirt (Quote,”To keep them away!”). Such festivities.

    Hello,

Even though I’m not sure we share respect for the hookline of “Broadway’s Dark Tonight” (was the fact that the chorus was bouncing around in your head a good thing or a bad thing?) I’m trying to find that piece. Would you please let me know the artist(s)?

    Thanks!
