I haven’t been posting very much, not even interesting to boot. I would, however, like to announce that I finally got some cherry print clothing. They are not capri pants, however… they are pajama pants. But still very cherry. The top that matched them did not fit me, no not so much.. not even the large. I really think they manufacture teen clothing for 12 year olds specifically. Hello, 12 year olds can still shop in the kids’ section! Though I am not a teen anymore, I refuse to begin shopping in the misses section. Ew.
I also puchased a new comforter for my bedroom. Actually, I ordered it online. I decided I’m sick of purple, blue and green as my bedroom motif. Of course, now nothing I have matches this comforter. I have a purple phone and teal computer speakers – but I figure it will match good enough. The rest of the stuff can be replaced by new accessories. Woo baby! IKEA IKEA IKEA!
PS – another Christina/Britney wannabe came in and changed in the office today. Who goes to an amusement park in 4″ high heels? I mean, I happen to enjoy hot shoes, and even I found those babies quite impractical for rollercoaster riding. Kids these days. I sound like an old fart.
I finally put some stuff in my portfolio page, not that it’s anything new or whatever, but at least that link works now. wohoo.
Yet another exciting day at work. There was a definite Britney Spears wannabe that came in to get a pass into the park. She said, “Can I change in the bathroom?” and I was like, ok whatever. She goes in with her food service polo shirt and long blue shorts, and comes out with a backless crocheted top on. Hello, Britney. I wonder what posesses people to dress so skanky. Not that I am against backless shirts, it was just the combination of that and the 5 pounds of makeup she was wearing. Ew.
My wisdom teeth have been gnawing away at my tender gums constantly. One of them appears to be slightly crooked. This cannot be good news.
I am planning on making a big collage to cover the ugly brick junk in my dorm room. I already have a large cutout of a pinapple (I’m talking 12″ folks!). If you have anything tasty to send me, email me!.
Since that slight mishap with my schedule a few days ago (whenever!), I redid my schedule in Excel and put it up for you to enjoy. Man is this a bloated file! But do I feel like spending an hour making this with HTML? No I do not! I even have course descriptions on there if you’re interested in either my major, or in taking one of the same courses as me! I do, somehow, still need to incorporate work-study and aerobics into this. I’m thinking probably work-study on Monday and Thursday mornings, and then Wednesday afternoons. Score. My life looks freaking hectic, no?
My first credit card arrived in the mail today. Every day, I am becoming more of a grown-up. This is scary.
Bad News:
“Creative Design Studio” (the course!) has been cancelled!! Many of my fellow IT majors are pissed off. I don’t think it’s worth the effort, I stayed mad for about 3 minutes and then signed up for “Advanced Content Development for the WWW.” One complaint though – why are all my courses like 10 words long? Like.. “Computer Architecture, Networking and Operating Systems”…. I called it CANOS, and people asked me what it stands for. I told them, they gave me a blank look. I’d explain, if I could, really.
Good News:
Apparently, Shira and Sarah are taking me on a trippie-poo to Toronto next month. If you are not aware of my slight obsession with Toronto and Ikea, now you are. I suppose the surprise is what we are going to do on the trip – of which I have no idea. I have been dreaming of what to do with my dorm room next year, and I have an idea, I just need to see if Ikea sells anything that supports this. Yes, I think I’ll go look through my catalog now! *girlish giggle*

As for the title bar, I eyed cherry capris like 2 months ago in Charlotte Russe and have been dreaming about them ever since. Not that I would wear them all the time… maybe once or twice, but I think they would be an enjoyable experience, don’t you?
This birthday was basically… pretty darn boring. I mean, I got some presents and a cakiepoo at home, but I had to WORK… and nobody at work knew it was my birthday (even though it was in the employee newsletter… HELLO!) so it was not very exciting at all. Aerosmith was there tonight though, so I got to listen to the concert while I was working. Ding.
*Must* get new layout done! arrrg! maybe I’ll just take the links off and keep my site as a blog temporarily (though, if you’re tricky and remember the addresses.. you could get to the other parts!) Not like those other pages get updated all that often. Would they be missed? Probably not. Even notice I still have the “discuss” links even though BlogVoices has been down for at least a month.. I need a hosting company and grey matter! Any recommendations? Now I’m considering PHP web hosting and then domain registration at Verio.com. But I don’t know if these are good companies… I just know register.com ’s $35/year registration fee (which was the “recommended company” at PHP hosting.. riight) seemed a little ridiculous. Plus you have to register a minimum of 2 years… with Verio you can do one year for $19. I’m smelling a deal…
Where on earth have I been? I feel as if I haven’t updated this in an eternity… I just happened to be visiting my honey for the past 5 days! 
And getting a nice little ‘ol tan to boot! Hahaa! Going back to work is not exactly something happy to be thrown into after being on vacation for a week… I need some time home to mope around at least, geez!
Anyways, happy birthday to me… I am no longer a teenager in an hour and a half.
